When will I receive my order?
Do you ship internationally?
Yes!
I am based in the UK but can ship to most countries worldwide.
I have now partnered with a fulfilment company with locations in the UK, EU and US - meaning quicker shipping times and less customs faff!
How much does shipping cost?
This will be calculated at the checkout based on your shipping location and the package size.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders are sent using a tracked service.
Your tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Please get in touch if you do not receive this.
Will I pay additional customs/duties/taxes?
All UK, EU and US orders will be fulfilled in these regions, so no additional customs charges or import taxes should be payable.
All other international orders may be subject to customs charges & import taxes.

Can I cancel my order?
Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
I entered the wrong shipping address
If you realise you have entered the wrong address (or any other contact information), please message me as soon as possible, and I will try to amend it before your order is processed.
Returns & refunds
Can I return my order?
I hope that you will be happy with your order, but if you're not, please drop me an email within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss a refund/return.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have a defect, please contact me as soon as possible with details of the problem and, where possible, photographs/videos of the item(s) and packaging.
I can then arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
